In the morning, according to your schedule, flight to Jimma (ET231 ADDJIM 08:25-09:30). Up on your arrival at Jimma airport, welcomed by your driver and guide and drive to Bonga and short hiking in Kaffa Biosphere Reserve, impressive natural scenery, spectacular wildlife and intact evergreen forest, the only place in the world where wild coffee (Coffea arabica) grows in abundance. After hiking, drive to Mizan Teferi. Overnight in hotel/guest house
After breakfast, to the west from MizanTeferi to Kibish (193 kms). On the way visit the Menit tribe. After crossing the Akobo River, experience the African Savanna grass land. You will stop at the little town of Dimma for lunch. Continue driving to Majito participate the weekly market of Maji. Overnight in Camping
This is the day that you start trekking (mules for cooking, camping and your luggage). It takes 7-8 hours. On the way you will visit the Dizi and the Surma tribe. And you will experience a walk-through Savanna grass land. Overnight in Camping
In the morning you walk around the old kibish village (14kms round trip) for the visit of more of the Surma villages and appreciate the very attractive culture of Surma tribe, they are renowned for the strange custom followed by their women who, on reaching maturity, have their lower lips slit and circular or rectangular clay discs inserted if you are lucky you see the stick fighting ceremony. Overnight in Camping
After breakfast, trek to Tulgit with gentle slops and gorges within Surma territory for about 5 hours. Afternoon, walk to and visit the Surma villages near your campsite. Overnight in Camping
On this day, trekking to Kolu Village crossing through the mineral springs and waters holes. Overnight in Camping
Right after breakfast, hike to Yella that is located on the top of the Village gives you a scenic view towards Omo National Parks. Overnight in Camping
In the morning, trek to the Omo National Park through the grasslands, hot springs and riverine forests with wildlife and scenery. Overnight in Camping
On this day you will trek back to Kibish and meet the drivers with their cars. Then, drive to Mizan. Overnight in hotel/guest house
In the morning, drive to Jimma. On the way, visit Bebeka coffee plantation, the Ethiopia’s largest coffee plantation. In the afternoon, visit King Abba Jiffar Palace and Jimma Museum. leisure time at the hotel and according to your flight schedule Overnight in hotel.
Morning, , flight back to Addis. You will have a shopping time and driving around the city. Then transfer to your destination. End of the trip.
